The fears of a poor quality vintage that many ventured until June 2022, gradually translated into a fantastic harvest, certainly well above expectations.
A winter with a little of snow and a very little of rain, a dry spring and a torrid beginning of summer have led us to change our work in the countryside again this year with practices aimed at maintaining shade and grass.
With its great adaptability, the vine has found in the subsoil the water resources fundamental to its life and its productive activity, even bringing crunchy bunches.
The harvest began a few days after mid-August. We’ll talk about it again in a few years.
