Blanc de Noir is a pure 100% Pinot Noir grapes from the heart of the Alta Langa.

We love finesse and power, concentration and fruit; the long time on the lees, frist in tonneaux “sous voile” and 36 months in the bottles makes our blanc de noir one of the greatest bubbles we have made so far.

The final dosage of 3,2gr make it great for aperitif as well as a meal thanks to its lively structure, minerality and fascinating fruits
