The Classic Method Brut by Apeca is a traditional sparkling wine, produced with a cuvée of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir with a second fermentation in the bottle and aged on the lees for 24 months.

A label that favors refined freshness,  pleasant fragrance, a true expression of the cellar’s elegant style.

The bouquet is fine with aromas of white flowers, delicate fruity aromas, hints of bread crust and light toasted notes.

The sip is of lively mineral freshness, with ripe, harmonious fruit and a persistent finish.

Fine and persistent perlage, intense yellow color with an extraordinary freshness, great as aperitif and goes well with any meal, paired with cold and hot appetizers, fish dishes and white meats
